This aluminum version of the "Corvette style" water pump was originally used on 1971-82 small block Chevrolet Corvettes but has since become popular throughout the motorsports industry. The pump is built using all new components and features an aluminum body for weight savings compared to the original cast iron pumps. It has a 3/4" main shaft and bearings with a 3/4" pilot, along with a billet steel hub that includes a set screw retainer for high RPM applications. The block mount to fan hub dimension is 5-13/16".
